Payment Terms and Conditions
The minimum call-out is charged at 3 hours. Remote support is charged for the time used. Payment is required on the day the service is delivered. All payments are due to and recoverable by ANISE Consulting Pty Ltd atf Smithorpe Unit Trust t/a ANISE Consulting.
Limitation of Liability
Anise Consultings’ liability to the Client in relation to the agreement shall be strictly limited to the value of 100% of the fees paid or payable by the Client under the agreement. In no circumstances shall ANISE Consulting be liable for any special, indirect or circumstantial damage or loss in relation to the agreement.
Employees, Consultants or Subcontractors of ANISE Consulting
Will maintain and safeguard the confidentiality of any and all information obtained during the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities.
The CLIENT undertakes it shall not solicit or entice away from the employment of ANISE Consulting any person or entity who at any time from the date of this Agreement until the date which is 6 months after the expiration of this Agreement is an employee, consultant or subcontractor of ANISE Consulting. Where the Client wishes to employ such person or entity, it must first seek permission from ANISE Consulting who may request payment of a financial sum that represents reasonable compensation to ANISE Consulting before granting such permission.
Scope of Services
The scope of services being provided by ANISE Consulting is strictly limited to Speaking, Writing, Training, Advice, and Support. In some instances it may be necessary to communicate with your external accountant. In particular, Anise Consulting will not be providing any taxation, financial, computer hardware advice, or oral reports of any nature whatsoever.
Cancellations affect us significantly, therefore ANISE Consulting adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be liable for the minimum call-out charge. Travelling charges may be incurred if the clients’ premise is outside Brisbane Inner City East or Brisbane CBD. Parking is at the client’s expense.
Please choose carefully. We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or different from the sample shown to you. Freight is charged on all products that need to be delivered. This of course does not affect your statutory rights.
Remote support is offered via CITRIX GoToAssist. The remote support is 128 bit AES encryption end to end, providing the highest level of security. You give us permission to access your computer and you can choose to terminate the session at any time, by shutting down your browser. To speak with us during the remote support session add us to your SKYPE account, otherwise, we will contact you with a number you will need to call us on.
